Virgil Macquarie Power has been employed with Virgil Power Lawyers since 2011. He completed his Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology in 2013 and completed his Supervised Traineeship in 2014 under the supervision of Virgil A Power. Virgil was then admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2016. Virgil also completed his Practice Management Course in 2018 and is now the firm’s Legal Practitioner Director.Virgil’s areas of practice are Commercial Law, Property Law, Family Law, Litigation, Contract Law, Conveyancing including off-the-plan Purchases and Developments, Commercial Leasing, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates.

Virgil Alexander Power was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1972 after completing his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Queensland. Virgil brings over 50 years of experience in Commercial, Family, Estate Planning and Property Law to the practice. Prior to incorporating Virgil Power Lawyers with his son, Virgil conducted a successful practice in Noosa for over 45 years.
April Wilkinson
Lawyer
April has been employed with Virgil Power Lawyers since 2012. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Central Queensland University, has attained a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from College of Law, and was then admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2024. April’s areas of practice are Estate Administration, Succession, Conveyancing and Retirement Village Leasing.
